One of the great things about serving as dean at the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy is interacting with exceptional student pharmacists like you. You are an essential part of our school’s success.

We talk a lot about the Ole Miss Pharmacy phamily. It’s the atmosphere of support and encouragement that everyone creates within our school. When you committed to Ole Miss Pharmacy, you became part of that family, and we take that very seriously.

As a nationally ranked program, you are learning from faculty and scientists who are preeminent in their fields. You join students in other health care disciplines for interprofessional education activities, which is a great way to learn about the essential roles of a pharmacist.

Involvement in our student organizations provides community service participation and networking at a local and national level. Our campuses allow for a wide range of educational research opportunities so that you are industry-smart and practice-ready upon graduation.

Since 1908 our school’s history of excellence has been shaped by outstanding students like you. While we support your personal and professional development, you direct your own way through a diverse career path.

As a graduate of the school, I hope your journey in the pharmacy profession or in the pharmaceutical sciences is as rewarding to you as my journey has been to me. Please reach out to myself or any of our administrators if you need assistance or want to share ideas.

Thank you, and Hotty Toddy!
Donna Strum, R.Ph., Ph.D.
