Community and Clinical Linkages Conference

The Community and Clinical Linkages Conference will be held on Friday, September 22, 9 a.m.-3 p.m., at the Hilton Hotel in Jackson. This is a free, one-day interprofessional seminar on linking clinicians and clinical-based resources within the community setting to increase access and help provide greater continuity of care. This continuing education conference sponsored by the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy Community-Based Research Program in partnership with the Mississippi State Department of Health, Chronic Disease Bureau, Delta Health Collaborative. Five hours of CE credit will be offered for medicine, nursing, pharmacy and social work professionals. Lunch will be provided.
