MALTO 2015
The Department of BioMolecular Sciences at the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy will host the 42nd Annual MALTO Medicinal Chemistry–Pharmacognosy Meeting-in-Miniature in Oxford, MS on May 17-19, 2015.
The MALTO research conference is a forum where graduate and undergraduate students and postdoctoral fellows can present the results of their research in a collegial atmosphere. The MALTO organization was founded in 1973 and includes faculty and students from medicinal chemistry and pharmacognosy programs in colleges of pharmacy from Mississippi, Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas, Tennessee, and Oklahoma.
The A. Nelson Voldeng Memorial Lecturer will be Alan P. Kozikowski, Professor, Drug Discovery Program, College of Pharmacy, University of Illinois at Chicago. The topic will be:
“Chemistry, the Brain, and Cancer – Ups and Downs on the Road to HDAC6i Drugs”
Registration is now open and for the 42nd Annual MALTO Medicinal Chemistry–Pharmacognosy Meeting-in-Miniature. This year’s meeting is hosted by the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy in Oxford, MS on May 17-19, 2015.

One Bedroom Suites $164/night
(plus applicable taxes – currently 7% per room, per night)
*The rates listed are for double occupancy. There will be a $10 per person fee for additional adults.
Hotel Reservations
Reservations need to be made by individual guests. Guests can make reservations by calling 1-888-486-7666 and referencing the MALTO Meeting Group. Any rooms still left 30 days prior to arrival, April 17, 2015, (the “Cut-Off Date”) will be
released for general sale, and the Hotel will determine whether or not it can accept reservations
based on a space-and rate- available basis at the MALTO Meeting Group rate after this date.
