Resources for Jackson Campus Students

Below is a list of resources for students on the Jackson campus. Students on the Jackson campus still have full access to services on the Oxford campus as well.

To access these services, call 1 (844) 664-0379 (TTY: 711) or visit one.telushealth.com (username: ummc, password: ummceap). Counseling & additional services are available through this resource.

UMMC Facilities Services manages and operates a Shuttle Service serving UMMC patients, visitors, students, and employees with transportation from 5:30 a.m. to midnight Monday through Friday and the Jackson Medical Mall from 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Friday. (No service is provided on UMMC holidays.)

All UMMC students must park at Veteran's Memorial Stadium. A shuttle Service is available from there to the main UMMC campus buildings.

Transportation and Parking office hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding UMMC holidays. Contact Facilities Services by phone at (601) 984-1400 for more information.

Students can increase the effectiveness of this service by maintaining an incoming text service and an up-to-date cell phone number in Workday. This system provides rapid notification of emergency messages via text messaging, email, and voice mail.
