Very proud of our student pharmacists who volunteered with the Mississippi Dental Association Foundation at the Mission of Mercy event! Our volunteers filled 486 prescriptions to help those with limited or no health care.
We held a retirement reception for Frank Wiggers, principal research and development spectroscopist at the NCNPR. Thank you to Frank for his 30-plus years at #olemisspharmacy.

The University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy’s Division of Pharmacy Professional Development is offering an online continuing education program on the opioid crisis. All licensed pharmacists in the state of Mississippi must earn at least 5 hours of continuing education each year related to opioid abuse and prevention, or some other drug of abuse or addiction-related issue.
