User Fee
The NMR Core Facility provides access to some of the most advanced NMR services available in the region. Hourly rates for the Core services are provided in the table below.

The users are responsible for any special consumables required for preparing their samples. User of Bruker 400 MHz North and South will be charged for each 15 min increment. A grace period of 5 min will be allowed when possible, but continued use beyond 5 min will be charged for 15 min. For Bruker 600 MHz and Bruker 500 MHz users will be charged based on hourly rate with one-hour increments. Grace period for these instruments is 10 minutes. Beyond this grace period users will be charged for the full hour. High field instruments are intended to be used for small amounts of sample and advanced experiments. Consultation service (NMR manager time) is provided in 15 min increments.
User time is assessed by the NMR spectrometer use time. For instance, if a user reserved the system for 1 hours but completes the work in 45 minutes, they will only be billed for 45 minutes. Users are encouraged to finalize their work within the time reserved and leave the lab promptly so that the next user will be able to use the lab immediately.
Invoicing and Payment
All requests for services must be submitted through our online scheduling system. When completing the project application online, please include all payment information. Invoices will be sent out during the second week of the month for services provided in the previous month. If payment information changes, please call or email us to update.
