Dr. Willett's research focuses on mechanistic understanding and toxicological significance of CYP1B1 and CYP19, the potential for flavonoids found in natural products to be cancer chemotherapeutics, and the use of in vitro bioassay to assess sediment and water samples for estrogenic and CYP1A-mediated activities.
