Dr. Nigel Langley is the Director of Global Technical Marketing and Technical Service Pharma solutions, BASF, Tarrytown, NY. He provides technical support for BASF’s excipients to the Pharmaceutical Industry. He has responsibility for their technical service laboratories in Tarrytown , NY and also has a coordination role for 4 other technical service laboratories in China, India, Germany and South America.
Prior to joining BASF Dr. Langley worked for Croda Inc. as Technical Director Health Care, responsible for product and application development for both dietary supplements and Pharmaceutical excipients (liquid dosage). He has also worked in Japan and England with Croda. He gained his Chemistry (Hons) degree and PhD (Liquid Crystals) from the University of Hull, (UK) and an MBA from Leeds University (UK)
