Researchers with the Marijuana Project at the School of Pharmacy’s National Center for Natural Products Research created marijuana-derived cannabidiol, or CBD, extract for the University of Mississippi Medical Center and the School of Pharmacy’s landmark clinical study to treat epilepsy in children.
