Lecture Series
The School of Pharmacy hosts various lectures throughout the academic year. School lectures include The Charles W. Hartman Memorial Lecture and the Coy W. Waller Distinguished Lecture. Departmental lectures include the Rachel and Winfield Cotton Lecture, hosted by the Department of Pharmacy Administration, and the Ronald F. Borne Distinguished Lecture in Medicinal Chemistry, hosted by the Department of Medicinal Chemistry.

Coy W. Waller Distinguished Lecture
The School of Pharmacy established the Coy W. Waller Distinguished Lecture in 2004 to recognize Dr. Waller’s contributions to his discipline and the School of Pharmacy. Each year the lecture is hosted by a department within the school. Lecturers are selected for their contributions to the host department’s discipline. Previous lecturers linclude:

Ronald F. Borne Distinguished Lecture in Medicinal Chemistry
In 2005, the Department of Medicinal Chemistry established the Ronald F. Borne Distinguished Lecture in Medicinal Chemistry to recognize Dr. Borne’s contributions to the department. Winfield and Rachel Cotton Lecture
