Lecture Series

In 1973, the School of Pharmacy established the Charles W. Hartman Memorial Lecture to recognize the contributions of Charles W. Hartman, former dean of the School of Pharmacy, to the University of Mississippi and to the pharmaceutical sciences. Annually, an internationally recognized leader in pharmacy is selected to deliver the lecture. Previous lecturers include:

The School of Pharmacy established the Coy W. Waller Distinguished Lecture in 2004 to recognize Dr. Waller’s contributions to his discipline and the School of Pharmacy. Each year the lecture is hosted by a department within the school. Lecturers are selected for their contributions to the host department’s discipline. Previous lecturers linclude:
