The third annual Community-Based Research Program Hypertension Summit will be held Thursday, Sep. 29, 9 a.m.-3 p.m. in Greenwood, Mississippi at The Alluvian, Delta Room.
The course provides five hours of free continuing education for healthcare professionals.
