Veda graduated with a Bachelors in Pharmacy from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, India and completed my Masters in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Fairleigh Dickinson University, New Jersey. She is currently a doctoral candidate in the Department of BioMolecular Sciences, Division of Medicinal Chemistry working under Dr. Stephen J. Cutler. Her research is focused on the isolation and elucidation of secondary metabolites from psychoactive medicinal plants.
