Research Advisor – Dr. Kristie Willett
I’m working under Dr. Kristie Willett and I’m enrolled in the PhD program in the division of Pharmacology. I have been working on the effects of a known ubiquitous carcinogen, Benzoapyrene (B[a]P), which is present in cigarette smoke, charred meat, car exhaust, forest fire smoke, etc. We work with zebrafish to see the effects of B[a]P on reproduction, development and if these effects get inherited trans-generationally.
